Personal Care Worker - Environmental Service Worker | Dual Role

We are currently seeking warm and caring Personal Care Workers to join our close-knit aged care team at Barcoo Multi Purpose Site in Blackall. This dual role offers variety in your day, combining resident care with hospitality and household support to help create a comfortable, welcoming home for our residents.

Whether you are experienced or just starting your journey in aged care, we are happy to provide training and ongoing support for people who genuinely care about making a difference.

You will spend your time supporting residents with personal care and daily living, sharing conversations and meaningful moments, assisting with meals and hospitality services, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and homely environment.

You are someone who:

• Enjoys helping others and working as part of a supportive team
• Brings a caring, respectful, and positive attitude
• Communicates well and values meaningful connections with residents
• Is available to work across a range of shifts

You will ideally have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or be working towards it)
• A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Australian work rights (please note we are unable to offer sponsorship)
