Churches of Christ Queensland is seeking five Personal Care Workers to join our Residential Aged Care Service in Little Mountain, Sunshine Coast. If you’re passionate about supporting older Australians with dignity and respect, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering high‑quality personal care and emotional support
• Assisting with daily living: hygiene, mobility, meals, and activities
• Creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment
• Helping with food handling, meal preparation, serving, and cleaning
• Maintaining dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times

About You

You’re someone who cares deeply about providing exceptional aged care and lives our values of Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, and Courage.

You have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care), Certificate III in Aged Care, or Certificate IV in Ageing Support
  We will consider applicants who are not yet qualified
• A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
• Valid Australian work rights (sponsorship not available)
