Personal Care Worker – Multiple Opportunities

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to join our team in permanent part-time positions. Whether you are an experienced aged care professional or looking to build your career in aged care, you'll be supported by a welcoming team that values your contribution.

As part of our care team, you will provide person-centred support to residents in their day-to-day lives, including:

• Assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, dressing, mobility and meals
• Supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life
• Building genuine relationships with residents and getting to know what matters to them
• Supporting social activities and contributing to a positive and engaging environment
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' wellbeing to the Registered or Enrolled Nurse
• Completing accurate care documentation and daily records
• Working collaboratively with nurses, care staff and the broader team to deliver high-quality care

Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
• Availability to work across a range of shifts, including mornings, afternoons and nights
• Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
• Basic computer skills and the ability to complete care documentation
• Australian working rights (we are unable to offer sponsorship)

Desirable

• Previous experience in aged care or a direct care role
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Experience working within a residential aged care environment
