About the Role

In this meaningful position, you will:

Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support, assisting residents with daily living, mobility, meals, social engagement and outings
Contribute to the creation, implementation and review of individualised care plans, ensuring accurate documentation and charting
Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, promptly reporting any changes to nursing and care leadership

What You'll Bring

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
Demonstrated experience providing direct care within an aged care environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
National Police Clearance and NDIS check (or willingness to obtain)
Australian Work Rights (Sponsorship unavailable for this role)
