Personal Care Worker

Casual opportunity 

We are seeking experienced team members to make a difference in supporting our residents at Moonah Park Aged Care based in Mitchelton. Ability to work independently with a small team of carers and flexibility to cover additional day or night shifts is highly regarded. 

About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents and work alongside our care team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide personal care and emotional support to residents 
• Assist with daily living: mobility, meals, social outings and clinical care 
• Review care plans, report and observe changes 
• Maintain dignity and privacy for all residents 
• Support Registered Nurses 

About You

• Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents.
• Currently holds a Certificate 3 or Certificate 4 in Individual Support/ Aged Care.
• Experienced as a Personal Care Worker in Residential Aged Care.
• Flexible and able to do shifts including AM, PM, Night & Public holidays 
• Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
