Stanthorpe Aged Care is expanding our dedicated team and we are seeking committed Personal Care Workers to join us in providing exceptional care to our residents.

What You will Be Doing

You will play an important role in helping our residents live comfortably and confidently each day by:

• Assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, and meaningful social engagement
• Maintaining the dignity, privacy, and confidentiality of all residents, families, and staff
• Supporting a safe, warm, and welcoming environment while contributing to care plans and reporting changes to nursing staff

What You will Bring

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent (or willingness to obtain)
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Australian work rights (sponsorship not available)
• Excellent communication, a compassionate nature, and alignment with our values of Integrity, Compassion, Excellence & Courage
