About the Role:

Join Our Team at Gracehaven Aged Care in Bundaberg

Churches of Christ Queensland is seeking Personal Care Workers to join our team at Gracehaven Residential Aged Care, a welcoming 110-bed home in beautiful Bundaberg — where the beach meets the reef and the turtles call home.

In this rewarding role, you’ll provide compassionate care and support to our residents with their daily living needs — including personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and participation in social activities. Experience in respite care, palliative care, dementia care, and pastoral care will be highly regarded.

Gracehaven offers a close-knit, community-focused environment, with both residential aged care and retirement living onsite — helping couples stay connected, even when care needs change.

About You

Are you somebody who is passionate about delivering quality Aged Care services to the local community?

Our ideal candidate is

• Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents
• Currently holds, or working toward a Certificate 3 in Individual Support
• Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
• Hold valid Australian Work Rights – Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
