Personal Care Worker

Churches of Christ, Residential Aged Care – Warwick, QLD

About the Role: 

We are currently seeking compassionate Personal Care Workers to join our team in a permanent part-time position working 8–9 shifts per fortnight. In this role, you will provide direct personal care and support to residents, assisting them with daily living activities in line with individual care plans.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals
• Supporting residents’ emotional wellbeing and meaningful social engagement
• Maintaining residents’ dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
• Contributing to a safe, welcoming, and homelike environment
• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff

About You 

You are a caring and committed and someone who values teamwork and understands the importance of delivering high‑quality, resident‑centred care.

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
• NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Australian work rights (sponsorship not available)
• A collaborative, team-focused approach with a commitment to supporting your colleagues
