About the Role
In this rewarding role, you’ll support residents with their daily needs while building meaningful connections.

You will:

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals
• Support emotional wellbeing and social engagement
• Maintain dignity, privacy, and respect at all times
• Help create a safe, warm, and homelike environment
• Observe and report any changes in residents’ health

About You
You’re caring, reliable, and enjoy being part of a supportive team.

You will ideally have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or working towards)
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Australian work rights (Unfortunately we are not able to offer sponsorships)
• Availability to work across all shifts
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
