What You Will Do

• Partner with our Finance team to optimise, standardise, and automate processes for greater accuracy and efficiency.
• Review and map workflows, identify automation opportunities, and deliver recommendations that improve financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align process improvements with organisational goals and compliance requirements.
• Support our leadership in embedding best practice accounting and meeting key reporting deadlines.
• Maintain robust process documentation and templates to ensure consistency and transparency.

About You

You’re a finance professional who thrives on improving systems and processes. You bring:

• A degree or advanced diploma in accounting, finance, or similar.
• CA or CPA qualified.
• Experience in process improvement within a finance operations environment.
• Knowledge of Australian tax legislation, and accounting standards.
• Proven experience across diverse accounting functions in complex organisations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 Finance) and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders to deliver sustainable financial outcomes.
