Project Manager

  • Kenmore head office, hybrid working.

  • $120k base + super + 5 weeks leave.

As our Project Manager you will be well organised and people‑focused and bring clarity and momentum to complex work. This role suits someone who takes ownership of delivery end‑to‑end, manages stakeholders confidently, and makes informed decisions to keep work moving.

This will be more than just managing the project plan, you will understand the business vision and outcomes, identify risks early, and provide practical options to help leaders make decisions. Most importantly, you will reduce delivery noise and complexity, allowing leaders to focus on strategy rather than chasing updates.

This role suits someone who is confident working with a broad range of stakeholders, keeps projects well structured, and understands how to deliver work that aligns to business priorities.

You will manage multiple projects across the organisation, ensuring they are well planned, clearly communicated, and delivered with care and discipline.

You will be known for:

We are looking for a forward-thinking professional who can:

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, priorities, and risks.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and reporting.
  • Coordinate vendors, internal teams, and dependencies.
  • Monitor progress and address issues before they impact delivery.
  • Support change and adoption so outcomes are embedded successfully.
  • Maintain clear governance, documentation, and communication.
  • Contribute to improving project management practices across the organisation.

What You will bring:

  • Degree qualified with certifications in project management (PMP, PMBOK, Prince 2, Agile).
  • A proven record managing and delivering projects in a transformation environment, ideally in the aged care sector or similar industries.
  • Ideally business improvement, systems or HRIS implementation or similar programs of work.
  • The ability to lead stakeholders through a transformation journey with the change management experience to ensure success.
  • Influence and relationship-building skills to be a trusted project partner and able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A pragmatic analytical mindset, resilient, clear under pressure, and focused on outcomes and value.
