About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Quality and Compliance Coordinator to support our Quality, Risk and Compliance frameworks across the organisation. In this role, you’ll maintain quality systems, ensure legislative requirements are met, and contribute to continuous improvement across our governance functions.
In this role you will be:
- Maintaining and reviewing quality, risk and compliance management systems.
- Ensuring policies and processes reflect legislative and accreditation requirements.
- Coordinating audits, reporting, continuous improvement activities and data analysis.
- Identifying non-compliance risks and recommending corrective actions.
- Managing document control processes.
- Supporting business continuity planning and quality system enhancements.
You will thrive in this role if you bring:
- Relevant Quality Management qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Experience writing documents in a formal setting including writing policies, procedures, work instructions, guides, and other formal documentation.
- Ability to interpret legislation and communicate requirements.
- Solid computer skills across Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Good time management, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to understand and interpret financial information and reporting.
- Current Blue Card, or willing to obtain – mandatory requirement for this role.
