The Salary range for this position is currently $38.97 to $47.76 per hour.  Hourly rate is based on experience.

Sign-On and Retention Bonuses
We value your commitment and offer up to $8,000 in bonuses:

• $1,000 on sign-on (after third fortnight)
• $1,500 after 6 months
• $2,500 after 12 months
• $3,000 after 24 months

(Pro-rated for part-time employees)this amount will be paid on a pro-rata basis based on the ordinary hours of work during the period.

About You
You are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who thrives in aged care. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring quality care is delivered with empathy and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor care plans.
• Monitor resident health and make appropriate referrals.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions.
• Support and guide care workers in their roles.
• Flexible to work morning, afternoon, and some night shifts.

Requirements:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse certification
• Australian or New Zealand working rights
• Aged care experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
• Active CPR certification
