About the Role

Churches of Christ Queensland is seeking a Registered Nurse – Night Duty to join our team at Fair Haven Aged Care in Maryborough. Fair Haven is an 85‑bed residential aged care service offering respite, palliative and pastoral care supported by a compassionate team. In this role, you’ll care for residents with professionalism and heart, knowing the comfort you provide truly matters.

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be a valued member of our close‑knit team, delivering high‑quality clinical care in a warm and supportive environment. You’ll be supported each night by an on‑site Care Coordinator and a Facility Manager with strong clinical expertise, ensuring guidance and leadership are always available.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications and updating care plans
  • Conducting baseline and focused assessments
  • Leading and mentoring team members
  • Collaborating with residents, families, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure high‑quality care

About You:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Skilled in medication management, wound care, resident assessments and updating care plans
  • Previous aged care experience is desirable
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Card
  • Available for Night Duty
  • Hold valid Australian Work Rights – Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
