Fassifern Residential Aged Care – Boonah | Permanent Part-Time

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Fassifern Aged Care you’ll be part of a close-knit team providing top-tier care to our 105 residents in our picturesque home. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living
  • Medication administration
  • Wound Care
  • Reviewing and updating individual care plans
  • Conducting baseline and focused assessments where needed
  • Collaborating with a range of stakeholders – from residents and their families to other healthcare professionals

Your role is crucial in ensuring that each resident receives the personal, compassionate care they deserve.

About You:

You’re not just a nurse – you’re a passionate advocate for high-quality aged care. You thrive in an environment where your dedication to care is valued, and you are committed to supporting the health and well-being of older Australians.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

Essential:

  • A deep passion for providing safe, supportive care in aged care
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, or the willingness to obtain
  • Current Police Check, or the willingness to obtain
  • Flexibility to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts
  • Valid Australian Work Rights (Note: sponsorship is not available for this role)
  • Current NDIS Check or willingness to obtain
