About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, monitoring, and evaluation of individualised care for residents and clients. Working within our Positive Wellbeing Model, you will deliver evidence‑based clinical practice, maintain high standards of documentation, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive and focused assessments of client needs and document findings within the Positive Wellbeing Model.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly review person‑centred care plans.
  • Evaluate care strategies in consultation with clients, representatives, and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records in line with organisational and legislative standards.
  • Liaise with internal and external service providers to support seamless care delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative, external reporting, and quality management requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement, risk management, and safe work practices.

About You

You are an empathetic and skilled clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. You are committed to person‑centred care, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current CPR certificate.
  • Current driver’s licence.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role.
  • National Police Check (or ability to obtain).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (as applicable).
  • Australian Work Rights (Sponsorship not available currently)
