About the Role:

Churches of Christ Queensland are currently seeking Casual Registered Nurses for our Golden Age Aged Care Service. This role will see you working within our 80 bed Residential Aged Care home supporting our residents and staff – work as part of the team, medication administration, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting baseline and focussed assessments and liaising with internal/external stakeholders, residents and their families. 

About You

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse who is looking for flexibility to work in a community where they appreciate your work every day?

Essential:

• Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents
• Has current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Currently hold CPR Certificate and if required First Aid 
• Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
• Ability to work across day, afternoon and night shifts
• Hold valid Australian Work Rights – Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor

Desirable:

• Previous clinical experience in the Aged Care Sector
• Currently hold, or willing to obtain a current NDIS check
