About the Role: 

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Warrawee Aged Care Facility in St George, Queensland on a permanent part-time basis (8-9 shifts per fortnight).

In this role, you will deliver safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care while providing clinical guidance and support to care staff. You will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards and contributing to a positive and respectful team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Medication administration and clinical documentation
  • Conducting baseline and focused clinical assessments
  • Reviewing and updating care plans
  • Wound care management
  • Supporting and leading care staff on shift
  • Liaising with residents, families and staff
  • Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and policies

About You 

Are you somebody who is passionate about delivering quality Aged Care services to the local community?  

Essential: 

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Skilled in medication management, wound care, resident assessments and updating care plans
  • Previous aged care experience is desirable
  • Current First Aid, CPR Certificate, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts
  • Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
