About the Role:

Churches of Christ Queensland are currently seeking Registered Nurses for our Toowoomba Aged Care Service. This role will see you working within our 90 bed Residential Aged Care home supporting our residents and staff. Typical tasks may include leading the team on night shift, medication administration, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting baseline and focussed assessments and liaising with internal/external stakeholders, residents and their families. 

About You

Our ideal candidate is

Essential:

  • Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents
  • Has current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Currently hold, or willing to obtain a current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
  • Ideally be able to work across day, afternoon and night shifts
  • Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to offer sponsorship

Desirable:

  • Previous clinical experience in the Aged Care Sector
  • Currently hold, or willing to obtain a current NDIS check
