Registered Nurse – Aged Care, relocate to regional Queensland

Our team is growing across regional Queensland, with several immediate opportunities in Warwick.

Join our welcoming Aged Care teams and deliver compassionate care while leading and supporting our care teams. This is a permanent role, with competitive award rates of pay and Not for Profit salary packaging benefits. 

About the Role: 

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care while providing clinical guidance and support to care staff. You will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards and contributing to a positive and respectful team environment.

In this role you will:

• Deliver medication administration and clinical documentation.
• Conduct baseline and focused clinical assessments.
• Review and update care plans.
• Provide wound care management
• Support and lead care staff on shift.
• Liaise with residents, families and staff
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards and policies.

Are you somebody who is passionate about delivering quality Aged Care services to the local community?

Essential: 

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 12 months’ experience working in aged care
• Skilled in medication management, wound care, resident assessments and updating care plans
• Current First Aid, CPR Certificate, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts
• Hold valid Australian Work Rights – Must be a New Zealand citizen
