Design smarter rosters. Improve care. Change how we work.

This is a new opportunity for a Rostering Optimisation Specialist in an enterprise‑wide workforce transformation that directly impacts care quality, employee wellbeing and cost sustainability across our Aged Care services.

This role isn’t about maintaining rosters, this is about fixing what doesn’t work and designing what should.

  • Reducing overtime and agency reliance through smarter workforce planning and forward‑looking roster design.
  • Becoming a trusted rostering advisor to site leaders by solving real, complex workforce challenges.
  • Developing standardised rostering principles, governance and continuous improvement practices.
  • Supporting leaders and teams through rostering change and transition.
  • Working hands‑on with data, systems and stakeholders, not just strategy, but execution.
  • Your work will have visible impact across multiple sites.
  • You’ll influence operational, financial and people outcomes.
  • You’ll be trusted to make decisions and bring solutions.

About you:

You will be an experienced rostering or workforce analytics professional loves complex people problems and wants to solve them with your skills and experiences, including:

  • Rostering site-based operational workforces or centralised rostering environments.
  • Working knowledge of industrial agreements and compliance requirements
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience in project or change environments.
  • A focus on governance, safety, workforce wellbeing and continuous improvement
  • Advanced Excel skills and data manipulation.
  • Experience in Residential Aged Care, Health, Home Care or Community Services
  • Exposure to workforce/payroll systems such as UKG, Aurion or similar
