As our Scheduling Team Leader, you’ll lead a team of 10 to build efficient, accurate, and compliant schedules that support both our clients and frontline workforce.

As a Scheduling Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of 10 Scheduling Officers.
  • Drive system and process improvements to enhance scheduling accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day scheduling, reporting, payroll support, and quality assurance.
  • Resolve complex scheduling challenges involving clients, staff, and contractors.
  • Support the development of best‑practice procedures and service excellence across Home Care.

About You

You’re an organised, people-focused leader who thrives in a dynamic environment. You combine strong administrative and problem-solving skills with a genuine commitment to supporting others.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years’ experience in administration, scheduling, or team leadership.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proven ability to lead and coach a high‑performing team.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

Desirable:

  • Experience in community services, aged care, disability, or a similar sector
  • Experience using scheduling or client management systems (we provide training)
  • Has a National Police Check or able to obtain one
  • Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
