We are currently searching for an experienced Information Applications Specialist / Systems Analyst / ICT Business Analyst to step into a Senior Applications Specialist role with our Information Technology team.

This role supports enterprise-wide client management systems across vital community services — including Residential Aged Care, Retirement Living and Home Care. Provide expert support across key business applications
Troubleshoot issues using ITIL service management principles
Lead system upgrades and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Document and deliver training, user guides, and knowledge articles
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to drive continuous improvement
Contribute to smarter business practices through custom development and system integrations
Maintain robust application performance and security controls
Support our mission of Christ-inspired care and community contribution
What you will bring to our team:
We're seeking someone who's not only tech-savvy but also thrives in complex service environments. If your expertise lies in managing and optimising enterprise systems in a care setting, we want to hear from you.
Ideally you will have:
5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications (like CRMs or Care Management Systems)
Strong understanding of service environments: Aged Care, Home Care, or Retirement Living
Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
Outstanding communication, documentation, and training delivery skills
Excellent organisation and time management
A collaborative, team-first mindset with attention to detail
Desirable experience/knowledge with:
Experience with AutumnCare, MediSphere, Sandwai or Riskman
Prior work with not-for-profits or other care providers
ITIL certification or knowledge of ITIL frameworks
Possess or willingness to obtain:
Possess a current National Police Certificate - or the ability to acquire.
Possess Working with Children (Blue Card) - or the ability to acquire.
Possess Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS) - or the ability to acquire.
