Senior Talent Partner – Optimisation
This role exists to transform and automate our Talent and People systems to enable the business with data-led people decision making and insights.

Our People & Culture team is driving a people change journey across our business. We are simplifying workforce planning, modernising systems, and unlocking our data to act earlier and smarter. We are pushing the boundaries to remove workarounds, duplicated effort, and manual reporting!
We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner with the courage and capability mindset to act strategically and improve how it all works.
This role sits within Talent & Optimisation team and works closely with P&C, Finance, IT, and client stakeholders to strengthen how our systems and data support day-to-day workforce decisions.
Your Quest
Identify and improve manual or inefficient Talent & P&C processes.
Optimise existing systems to deliver practical, scalable improvements.
Review, integrate and implement a new HRIS and support the integration and uplift of a legacy H&S system.
Connect data across all our systems and platforms to deliver actionable insights.
Design and use dashboards as decision drivers for growth and understanding.
Bring discipline, governance, and an ideas mindset to how Talent & P&C operates.
Unpack our P&C priorities into system, process, and optimisation opportunities to support us in delivery.
Support a shift in workforce decision-making from reactive to proactive.
Deliver outcomes in an environment where systems, data and processes are not fully aligned, requiring prioritisation and practical decision-making.
Support the transition of P&C systems and workflows into IT-supported environments., ensuring continuity and minimal disruption.
You will play a key role in improving Talent & Optimisation systems, reporting, workforce insights, and future planning, with real opportunity to influence how the function operates.
