About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our Home Care services, shaping team culture, guiding quality outcomes, and ensuring the wellbeing, safety and satisfaction of seniors who receive support in their own homes.

 What we're looking for

The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of high‑quality home care services, ensuring clients receive safe, person‑centred support that meets identified needs and regulatory standards. The role manages day‑to‑day operations including service planning, budgeting, staff leadership, performance monitoring and continuous improvement. It involves developing strong relationships with clients, families and the local community, supporting Home Care Package growth, and ensuring all services operate efficiently and in full compliance with legislation, policies and reporting requirements. The Service Manager fosters a positive, values‑driven culture, leads workforce capability and adheres to quality and safety systems that support excellent client outcomes.

You will bring to the role:

  • Degree and/or relevant qualifications in health management or business management
  • Strong knowledge (or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge) of home care programs and service models
  • Five years' experience at a managerial level under broad direction
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and experience managing service performance
  • Current First Aid and CPR (or CPR only if AHPRA‑registered)
  • Current driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle for work use
  • A National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
