Service Manager – Residential Aged Care

Permanent, Full-Time Position 

The Service Manager role with our Arcadia Residential Aged Care facility is a new opportunity to lead the day-to-day operations, shape the culture of the team, guide quality outcomes for our residents and lead a committed team who are delivering exceptional care every day.

About you and your new opportunity.

As Service Manager, you will be supported by our national leadership and corporate services teams as you take on overall responsibility for the operational, clinical, care governance, financial, and cultural success of the service.

You will be known for building and leading teams that care and perform, who ensure compliance and quality is an essential in all that they do and who foster positive relationships with residents, families, and the local community.

In this role you will:

  • Lead quality care, clinical governance, and continuous improvement.
  • Build a positive, values-led culture of safety and compassion.
  • Manage budgets, occupancy, and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Act 2024 and accreditation standards.

Importantly, you will function as a Responsible Person under the Aged Care Act, championing transparency, safety, and ethical governance.

What you will bring to our team.

  • People-focused leadership with experience in aged care, health, or a related sector.
  • Insights and delivery experiences in similar operational environments.
  • Relevant clinical registration or qualifications/experience in health or business leadership
  • A working knowledge of aged care standards and quality systems.
  • A solutions-focused and collaborative leadership style.
  • Australian work rights and required background checks for the role.
