We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a dedicated team, providing high-quality care and services to our residents at Palms Aged Care, a welcoming 50-bed residence nestled in Ingham’s tropical paradise with a touch of country charm.
About the Role
As our Service Manager, you’ll take the lead in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. You’ll manage the daily operations of the facility — driving excellence in care, supporting and developing your team, and ensuring we meet both regulatory and financial performance standards.
You’ll play a pivotal role in the local community, building trusted relationships and promoting our service as a place where residents thrive and families feel supported.
