Talent Acquisition Advisor

  • Kenmore head office based.
  • Fixed term, full time for 12 months

Join a Talent Acquisition team that is transforming how a leading national NFP attracts, engages, and hires great talent. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be hands on delivering recruitment outcomes while developing your capability alongside experienced Senior Talent Partners as we make a real impact to our aged care, youth, fostering, and community services businesses.

You will partner with hiring leaders in a proactive model whilst supporting and learning from our Senior Talent Partners. This role blends hands-on recruitment, proactive sourcing, managing recruitment end to end and ensuring our recruitment and onboarding processes are maintained.

Your Impact

  • Lead recruitment activities, including advertising, screening, and offers through to onboarding.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to support end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate interviews, update candidate records, and assist with onboarding paperwork.
  • Support our high-volume recruitment administration for frontline roles.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for Talent projects.
  • Share ideas, collaborate, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Help shape a fun, professional, and high energy team culture.

What You Bring

  • Recent experiences in Recruitment (agency or internal) with confidence managing multiple roles at once.
  • Experience using Recruitment systems / ATS's (we use Turbo Recruit).
  • Strong administration and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ideally, experience or interest in Excel and data management.
  • Communication skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn across recruitment, HR systems, and TA best practice.
