The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Talent Acquisition Officer to support our People & Culture leadership team. This role blends hands-on involvement in recruitment with executive-level support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced HR environment and enjoys variety in their day.

You’ll work closely with senior HR leaders, coordinate key initiatives, and play a vital role in attracting and onboarding great talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive support to HR leaders.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including advertising, screening, and onboarding
• Liaise with hiring managers to support end-to-end recruitment processes
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for HR projects
• Support internal communications and HR initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism across all interactions

About You

You’re a proactive and people focused recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re organised, detail oriented and passionate about helping others succeed.

• Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Experience in recruitment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Current driver’s licence
• Possess a National Police check, or the ability to acquire
