Move beyond recruitment and shape how talent flows across the organisation.

This is not a traditional recruitment role. This is your opportunity to move beyond filling vacancies and play a key role in designing a proactive, future focused workforce.

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own and evolve how talent enter, moves through and grown within our organisation. From students and trainees through to experienced hires, you will build sustainable workforce pipelines and pools that ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.

We are shifting from reactive recruitment to proactive workforce planning, and the framework, leadership support, and appetite for change are already in place. This role is central to making that shift real.

This opportunity has been created following an internal promotion, reflecting both the growth of our Talent Acquisition function, our ambition to build a more proactive, future-ready workforce and the increasing impact of our work across aged care, community services, and corporate teams.

This is your opportunity to deliver meaningful work, grow your career, and help shape the future of our workforce.

What you will do:

  • Build workforce pipelines across partnerships, students, traineeships, and early career pathways.
  • Develop and manage qualified talent pools (pre-screened, work-ready candidates ready for placement).
  • Strengthen internal mobility and career pathways across the organisation.
  • Lead traineeships and student placement programs, driving conversion into employment.
  • Enable Hiring Managers through tools, training, and improved hiring practices.
  • Partner with services to align workforce supply to demand in priority and hard-to-fill locations.
  • Monitor and improve performance across pipelines and talent flow (conversion, time-to-fill, utilisation).
  • Identify gaps, remove barriers, and continuously improve how workforce programs operate.

What you will bring:

You will be a proactive and organised Talent Advisor who has experience in recruitment and building relationships with local schools, employers, and training providers to develop pathways for people to join our business. As well as:

  • Experience in recruitment, talent, or workforce programs.
  • Ability to think beyond roles and design scalable workforce solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Confidence working across multiple programs and priorities.
  • A data-driven mindset, focused on outcomes and improvement.

What does success look like:

  • Increased conversion of students, trainees, and talent pools into hires.
  • Improved internal mobility and workforce retention.
  • Better utilisation of pre-qualified candidates across the services
  • Stronger, more sustainable workforce pipelines.
  • Better utilisation of pre-qualified candidates across services.

You will play a key role in shaping how talent enters and grows within our organisation.
