We're on the lookout for another Talent Partner to join our team.

• Lead high-volume recruitment for frontline roles covering aged care, support and corporate
• Partner with hiring managers and coach them on best practice
• Bring your admin and organisational strengths and your love of a good spreadsheet
• Share ideas, collaborate, and contribute to continuous improvement
• Help shape a fun, professional, and high energy team culture

• 3+ years experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Experience with eRecruitment systems - Turbo Recruit is a bonus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people at all levels
