About this role 
 

As an Environmental Service Worker, you’ll play a vital role in our Residential Aged Care facility by assisting with catering services. This position requires a reliable person to assist in ensuring quality care to our residents, offering reliable shifts available for a work life balance.  

Your responsibilities will include: 
 

• Assisting in meal preparation and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen space. 

• Setting up and clearing the dining room, ensuring residents enjoy a pleasant dining experience. 

• Serving meals with a friendly smile and genuine care. 

• Following health, hygiene, and safety standards to keep our facility pristine.

What you can bring to the team 
 

We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence and care. While experience in a similar role or the aged care sector is highly regarded. The ideal candidate holds relevant qualifications and is ready to assist with meal prep and cooking when needed. 

To be suitable for the position, ideally you have: 
 

• A genuine passion for serving and supporting others. 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills. 

• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices (training provided). 

Possess or willingness to obtain; 
 

• A current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
