Are you looking for a fresh start, hands-on work, and a supportive team to help you build your future?
Churches of Christ is offering a paid traineeship programs where you’ll complete the AHC10124 Certificate I in Conservation and Ecosystem Management while working on real environmental projects that make a difference.
What You’ll Do
Across 18 weeks, you’ll gain practical experience in:
- Bush regeneration & ecological restoration
- Greenhouse construction & native plant propagation
- Treating weeds & recognising local plant species
- Fire trail maintenance & water basin regeneration
- Garden rejuvenation, landscaping & sustainability projects
- Mapping flora & fauna, creating signage, and supporting habitat gardens
You’ll work outdoors, learn from experienced supervisors, and contribute to meaningful community projects.

What You’ll Learn
Alongside hands-on work, you’ll complete:
- Certificate I in Conservation & Ecosystem Management
- White Card (Construction Safety)

- Job readiness training (resumes, interviews, career planning)
Training is delivered by Challenge Employment (RTO: 5388) with full wrap-around support from our Program Coordinator, Case Worker, and Supervisors.
