Reporting to the Support Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in empowering individuals and families in crisis to find and maintain safe, stable housing. Through compassionate case management and tailored support, you'll help clients navigate challenges and build brighter futures.
About you and your new opportunity:
This position also entails home visits and providing mobile support to families within crisis and emergency accommodation. Location is based across Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich regions.

Experience in conducting assessments, working within multidisciplinary teams, and building collaborative relationships with external providers will be highly valued.
