We are looking for caring and reliable Personal Care Workers to support our residents at Moonah Park Aged Care Service in Mitchelton.

You'll be a valued member of our care team, offering flexible support across Monday to Sunday. Applicants with completed medication competency will be strongly encouraged to apply.

About the Role
In this role, you will help residents with their daily needs and provide compassionate care. Duties include:

• Assist with daily living: mobility, meals and clinical care 
• Review care plans, report and observe changes 
• Maintain dignity and privacy for all residents 
• Support Registered Nurses 

About You

• Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents.
• Currently holds a Certificate 3 or Certificate 4 in Individual Support/ Aged Care.
• Completion of Medication Competency is highly regarded.
• Experienced as a Personal Care Worker in Residential Aged Care.
• Flexible and able to do a variety of shifts.
• Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
