Oak Towers Aged Care Service, Oakleigh 

22 hours/ fortnight, Weekdays

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents and leading our care team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications and updating care plans.
  • Conducting baseline and focused assessments.
  • Collaborating with residents, families, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure high-quality care.

About You

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse 
  • Passionate about aged care and resident wellbeing
  • Previous aged care experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Current First Aid, CPR Certificate, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid Australian work rights (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
