Are you a compassionate Enrolled Nurse who wants to make a meaningful impact every shift? Join our dedicated team at Gracehaven Aged Care Facility, located in Bundaberg and help deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our residents in a supportive and values-driven environment.

About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing of our residents by delivering safe, respectful, and individualised care. You'll work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, carers, and the broader care team to ensure every resident receives the best possible support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering quality nursing care in line with individual care plans
• Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' health and escalating concerns to the Registered Nurse
• Assisting with care plan development and supporting carers with best-practice care delivery
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and contributing to care coordination, scheduling, and service planning

About You
You're a team-oriented nurse who leads with empathy and professionalism. You take pride in providing compassionate care and thrive in a collaborative environment.

To be successful, you'll need:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• A current CPR certificate
• At least two years' experience as an Enrolled Nurse in Residential Aged Care
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Valid Australian work rights (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time)
