Administration Officer

Crows Nest, QLD | Permanent Part-Time

We’re seeking an organised, customer-focused Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative support across our Crows Nest Aged Care. As a key member of our team, you’ll help ensure smooth day-to-day operations while supporting our team to deliver compassionate, client-focused care.

About the Role

In this varied and rewarding position, you will be the go-to person for administrative coordination across reception, resident admissions, enquiries management, record keeping, and general business support.

You will:

  • Respond to a wide range of enquiries from residents, families, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, training sessions and appointments; assist with agendas, minutes and meeting room preparation.
  • Provide general administrative and financial support, including accounts payable, receipting, banking, stationery and record archiving.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with people, and brings a strong commitment to professional excellence.

Essential:

  • Certificate III in Business (or similar), or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in an administration or business support role.
  • Intermediate computer skills across Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent English comprehension skills (reading, writing and spoken)
  • A current National Police Clearance, or willing to obtain one
  • Australian Work Rights (We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role)

Desirable:

  • Experience in the aged care sector.
