About the Role

As a Swim Instructor, you’ll deliver engaging aquatic education programs tailored to individual needs. You’ll assess swimmer ability, maintain a safe environment, and contribute to the development of new programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct learn to swim lessons and assess student progress
• Ensure pool safety and report incidents
• Maintain equipment and facilities
• Support program development and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

•  
• AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification (or equivalent)
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications

Desirable:

• AUSTSWIM Infant Aquatics or Aquatics for People with Disabilities
• Minimum 1 year experience in learn-to-swim programs
• Ability to obtain a National Police Certificate and Blue Card
