Your role as Administration Officer will see you be the day-to-day support for a passionate team delivering vital services to children & families.

You will be dedicated and detail-oriented administrator who can support scheduling, reporting and general administrative support across our Children, Youth and Families Support team. 

About the Role

You will work directly with the Team Leader and mange a range of tasks including correspondence, reporting, scheduling, and client billing. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and compliance, while supporting culturally inclusive practices and contributing to positive outcomes for children and families. You will also:

  • Provide administrative support including travel arrangements, roster management, and billing.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve procedural issues with professionalism.
  • Manage scheduling, staff timesheets, and reporting within relevant applications.
  • Work respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to support culturally safe service delivery.

About You

You are a proactive and organised professional with a strong background in administration. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering high-quality support services. Ideally you will bring:

  • A Certificate III in Business or relevant experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A Current driver's licence.
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Certificate, Blue Card, and Child Safety Screening Check.
